That seems like a lovely garden Aimée! I can't wait to see what you come up with for those first purple carrots! :)

Hooray for gardens with fresh herbs, veggies and flowers! Do you eat the pansies?

That's a happy thing! We planted the last of our herbs this weekend, so now we can sit back and bit and enjoy the garden.

When you have your own garden you are able to grow so many varieties of produce...even get my hands on some of the elusive zucchini blossoms I covet:D

Hi Lyb- I'll probably just do a crudite with some nice aioli. They don't stay purple when cooked, so the best way is to serve them raw.

HI Lynn- I do eat pansies in salads and have been known to roll them into pasta..

Hi Lydia- ...until the weeds come up, right? :)

Hi Val- Mmm, stuffed zucchini blossoms.

Hi Amanda- Thanks!

Hi Haidi- Guess it's inbred. :)

Aimee look at your garden! Looks fantastic. Keep us updated on all the goodies! It is so hot down here now, that all I have left are my herbs, hot peppers (which are loving the hot sun) and a couple bowls of lettuce!
